Urgent requirement: we are hiring a service technician - home appliances in Borough of Stockport, England. On the job you will handle: • Carry out safe isolation of mains power before opening any casing • Reprogram and calibrate electronic control boards and displays • Install new appliances and connect water, gas and electrical supplies • Order replacement parts from spare parts catalogues and suppliers Requirements: • City & Guilds or NVQ in appliance servicing or electrical installation • Full clean driving licence for a service van • Up to date with PAT testing and electrical safety regulations Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
