HVAC-R technician — Woodbury County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Woodbury County, Iowa. The role involves check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture. Requirements: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
