Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety inspector in Putnam County, Georgia. You will audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot 6+ years on the tools preferred.
