VRF/VRV installation technician • Orange County, North Carolina

Great opportunity: we are hiring a VRF/VRV installation technician in Orange County, North Carolina. The job is at a busy AC installation company. On a typical shift you will recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks. Requirements: • Presentable and polite with customers on site • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • Can read electrical and piping schematics $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
