Now hiring: commercial refrigeration engineer (Minnesota)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commercial refrigeration engineer in Big Stone County, Minnesota. You will work on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. You should have: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints Day-to-day duties: • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays 5+ years on the tools preferred.
