Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Brewster County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Brewster County, Texas. You will be based in a catering unit. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature.
