The role involves charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; clean condenser and evaporator coils; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays. Requirements: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms Six days a week, one day off.
