Powder coating operator • Miner County, South Dakota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Miner County, South Dakota. You will work on an industrial coating line. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On a typical shift you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating.
