Your main tasks: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Six days a week, one day off.
