Plant operator — Calhoun County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Calhoun County, Michigan. You will be based on a pipeline and trenching crew. The role involves swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels. You should have: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
