Immediate opening: bar bender and fixer (Minnesota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Koochiching County, Minnesota. The job is at a high-rise construction project. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing You will cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length.
