Fabricator-welder wanted in Blanco County

Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Blanco County, Texas. You should have: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings The role involves set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
