Lift mechanic — Franklin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Franklin County, North Carolina. You will work in a residential tower block. Requirements: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Day-to-day duties: • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience.
