We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Saint Joseph County, Michigan. Day to day you will grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; refuel the machine and record running hours. What we are looking for: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
