Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Miller County, Missouri. You will work at an automobile body shop. The role involves clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
