Vacancy available: heavy equipment operator (New York)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Franklin County, New York. You will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings Rotating shifts.
