Construction labourer — Santa Cruz County

Now hiring: we are hiring a construction labourer in Santa Cruz County, California. You will be based on a building construction site. Day to day you will fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator. What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts.
