Bread and bun maker — Clarke County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Clarke County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 4+ years on the tools preferred.
