Finishing plasterer • Grand Traverse County, Michigan

Join our team: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Grand Traverse County, Michigan. The job is at a new-build housing development. On a typical shift you will tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat. You should have: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel 4+ years on the tools preferred.
