Join our team: we are hiring a rebar worker in Lucas County, Iowa. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing The role involves check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length. 5+ years on the tools preferred. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
