Urgent requirement: in-process quality controller (Florida)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Pinellas County, Florida. Your main tasks: • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer What we are looking for: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Six days a week, one day off.
