On a typical shift you will solder and heat-shrink wiring joints; repair headlights, indicators and brake-light circuits; replace ABS, oxygen and crankshaft sensors; read and clear ECU fault codes; test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter. You should have: • Able to read wiring diagrams confidently • Knowledge of CAN-bus and modern ECU systems • Skilled with multimeter, test lamp and diagnostic scanner At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
