Join our team: we are hiring a wood machinist in Abaji, Federal Capital Territory. You should have: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent Day to day you will build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
