Immediate opening: scullery hand (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Guilford County, North Carolina. You will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
