GMAW welder wanted in Scotland County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Scotland County, North Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Full-time with occasional weekends.
