Dishwasher — Barde

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwasher in Barde, Yobe State. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates On a typical shift you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
