What we are looking for: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Day-to-day duties: • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables Rotating shifts.
