Immediate opening: we are hiring a brick mason in Ogbaru, Anambra State. On the job you will handle: • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel You should have: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
