Injection moulding machine operator • Big Stone County, Minnesota

We are recruiting: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in Big Stone County, Minnesota. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. Your main tasks: • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine You should have: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Good attention to detail and steady hands 2+ years on the tools preferred.
