You should have: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Your main tasks: • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
