CO2 welder — Richland County

Join our team: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Richland County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a busy production line. The role involves: • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness You should have: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
