Lift mechanic • Ilorin East, Kwara State

Now hiring: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Ilorin East, Kwara State. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. On a typical shift you will fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; run load and overload tests with test weights; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake. Requirements: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
