Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Nelson County, Virginia. You will work in a busy paint shop. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime On a typical shift you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
