Domestic gas engineer • Plymouth County, Massachusetts

We are recruiting: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Plymouth County, Massachusetts. What we are looking for: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration On a typical shift you will run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation.
