Kitchen cook wanted in El Dorado County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in El Dorado County, California. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Full-time, day shift. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
