Occupational health and safety officer wanted in Switzerland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Switzerland County, Indiana. You should have: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations On a typical shift you will run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports.
