Tig welder — Iwajowa

Join our team: we are hiring a tig welder in Iwajowa, Oyo State. You will be based at a stainless steel fabrication shop. Day-to-day duties: • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding Ideal candidate: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height 1+ years on the tools preferred.
