Vacancy available: we are hiring a guest service agent in Woods County, Oklahoma. You will work at a serviced apartment reception. Requirements: • Right to work and, where required, an ID/background check • Fluent in the local language plus good spoken English Day-to-day duties: • Log and action guest requests in the concierge/task system • Take card payments and process pre-authorisations at check-in • Handle lost property, complaints and billing disputes at the desk • Run the night audit and close the day's accounts on the night shift • Verify ID and payment details against the booking record Meals and transport allowance provided.
