You will escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges. You should have: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
