Auto mechanic wanted in Howard County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an auto mechanic in Howard County, Iowa. You will be based at a busy car service centre. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines • Able to read wiring diagrams and workshop manuals • Own set of hand tools Your main tasks: • Road-test vehicles to confirm the repair • Check and top up coolant, brake fluid and power-steering fluid • Recharge and service the air-conditioning system • Read fault codes and clear them after the repair • Trace electrical faults in the starting and charging systems • Replace exhaust systems and catalytic converters Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
