We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Montgomery County, North Carolina. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
