What we are looking for: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently The role involves trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension.
