Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Hancock County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Hancock County, Illinois. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day-to-day duties: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Full-time with occasional weekends.
