Vacancy available: we are hiring a marble mason in Genesee County, New York. On the job you will handle: • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades You should have: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
