Dumper truck operator — Prince William County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dumper truck operator in Prince William County, Virginia. You will be based on an earthmoving and excavation site. Day to day you will work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; check for underground cables and services before digging. You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
