You should have: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines On a typical shift you will knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates.
