We are recruiting: dough maker (Scotland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in West Lothian, Scotland. The job is at a busy bakery. Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Score the top of loaves before baking • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
