What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On a typical shift you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date.
