Great opportunity: site safety steward (Georgia)

Join our team: we are hiring a site safety steward in Lanier County, Georgia. Day to day you will record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges. Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot 6+ years on the tools preferred. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
