What we are looking for: • Right to work and, where required, an ID/background check • Basic knowledge of local attractions, transport and restaurants On a typical shift you will prepare welcome folders and key cards for arriving guests; keep the lobby, desk and back office tidy and presentable; verify ID and payment details against the booking record; balance the cash float and run the shift report at end of shift; liaise with housekeeping on room status and turnaround times.
